Place stadium. The 230,000 square feet of exhibit space will be packed with a variety of products and services for the home and garden, complemented by three do-it- yourself theatres. Their presentations address three major themes: home improvement and interior design; garden and landscaping; and consumer awareness — making the most of your money. Energy efficient, the government-approved home should cost about $25 a month to heat, said wife Kim Gregg. ‘‘And it’ll be virtually dust- free,’’ she said. When moved to its new home, the house should fetch over $200,000, Gregg said.
