Percentages were us- ed to establish the league winner because of the in- complete schedule. M.G. Builders took top spot with .727, Firemen 2nd with .636, and Dillingham 3rd at .600. M.G. Builders met Diull- ingham in the first playoff game narrowly defeating them 7-5. Geoff McKay pit- ched, John Buchanan hit a homerun and Steve Pringle connected for a tnple. In the second game, Bob Staddon pitched Firemen's 9-0 win over N.S. Credit Union. Prep’s finals placed B.A. Blacktop as number one followed by Midas Muffler, then Legion and Moodyville Lions. Warren Cannon pitched B.A. Blacktop to a 12-5 win over Legion in the first of the six game playoff. Terry Junior Ruth Finals Jones tripled for Legion. Midas Muffler picked up a pair by squeaking by B.A. Blacktop 10-9 despite War- ren Cannon's) homerun. Aaron Assance pitched and Jamie Sherrat collected a tri- ple. Assan and Sherrat’s double play clinched Midas’ win. Midas second win which earns them a spot in the all important 6th game on Wednesday came when they defeated Moodywille Lions 12-7. Neil McEachern pitched and hit a homerun. Moodyville Lions only bright spot was Chuck Belliveau's triple. Sportsmanship awards were presented by President, Sharon McKay, to Rob Bouchette (B.A. Blacktop), Geoff D'Auria (Midas Muf- fler), Ron Parker (Legion), Rob McKay (Moodyville Lions), and Marie Vecsey (Eagles). These awards were decided by each players’ peers and are a highlight at the end of regular season games.
