opportunities available
through North Shore
Community Services
(NSCS).

A message runner and
delivery person is needed

during July and part of

August by a major arts event
on the North Shore.

The volunteer will deliv-
er flyers and posters and
pick up items needed for the
event. Your own vehicle will
be needed.

Volunteers are needed for
a variety of positions to
work with seniors, includ-
ing volunteer driver, friendly
visitors, walking escorts and
grocery shoppers.

if you have one to four
hours per month to spare,

tion.

Day-camp voluntcers
are needed to assist dity-
camp leaders in supervising
activities and field trips with
12 preschool aged children.

Criminal record check and
orientation required before
starting volunteer position.

SUPERWALK 96 vol-
unteers are needed for a sin-
gle day event scheduled to
take place on September 29
in Stanley Park. Volunteer
activities include site and
course set-up, registration
and course marshalling.
