Cove dog owner prefers Burnaby OPEN LETTER TO: Mayor Marilyn Baker and Council District of North Vancouver 1 would like to express my concerns about the severe restrictions placed on dog owners in the Deep Cove area. There are very few parks where I can walk my dog (and consequently exercise myself} and even All [ ask is that my leashed dog be allowed back in the parks.
