Rowdiness forces evening closure of Lions Bay beaches LATE NIGHT . rowdiness and underage drinking have led to the restriction of public access to Lions Bay beaches. By PEGGY WHITTAKER News Reporter In response to! residents’ con- cerns, village council recently moved to close!the Lions Bay Beach and Kelvin Grove Beach from 11 p.m. to 6 am. again be allowed unrestricted beach access. Council is.encovraging residents to phone the Squamish RCMP if they become aware of unruly par- ty-goers or underage drinkers on the beaches. Although Corp.
