A NORTH Vancouver firm
was found guilty in North
Vancouver Provincial court
Thursday on charges of mis-
leading advertising.

Cannibal Tubs, Inc. was
fined: $1500 for advertise-
ments last August for spas.
The advertisement did not
reveal that the spas were ac-
tually factory seconds.

The charges, filed by the
federal department of Con-
sumer and Corporate Af-
fairs, were violations of the
federal Combines Investiga-
tion Act.
