That seems to be the case
in at least nine instances in
North Vancouver and _ all
those involved with the case
of Oscars Cleaners feel there
is probably more than that
involved.

In each of the cases, res-
idents took their clothing,
draperies and other goods to

be cleaned to Oscars
Cleaners at Eighth and
l onsdale When they

returned to pick up the
goods, the door was locked,
Oscars was gone and so were
their goods

One of those who lost
clothing was Fred Starr who

sweater. Starr was so upset,
he started investigating and
found out who was behind
the cleaners The problem 1s
he can't find the man now
that he knows how he ts
