During the next two months there are going to be a lot of extra customers around -- with time on their hands and money in their pockets. Almost two out of five North Shore residents have decided to take their summer vacation at home this year. And that means upward of $20 million which otherwise might have been spent elsewhere will remain right here in North and West Van. Over a two-week paid vacation penod that works out to an average of $1,360 per household -- or $2,040 over a_ three-week paid vacation penod.
