Together, we can make fall beautiful. 4 ' > af tik SUMMER SIGHTS TO SEE THE NEW KILLER Whale at the Vancouver Aquarium in Stanley Park, a bronze sculpture actually, is a great new sight for visitors to behold. The sculpture was created by Haida artist Bin Reid, who casted the sculpture in 10 separate pieces before he welded it together. The 5.5 metre high, 2,700 kilogram (2.5 tons) sculpture took over three years to complete. The impressive piece of art and the reflecting pool surrounding it were both gifts from Jim and Isabelle Graham, Mary Margaret Young and Joanne E. Barker to the aquarium and its visitors.
