winners, had a rush call back
to action last week and in
spite of injuries and missing
players, came together and
picked up a 3-1 win over 2C
winners, Aga Khan.

North Vancouver's
Bantam lacrosse team
started the season early.

They sprang off to an en-
couraging start by beating a
young, talented Coquitlam
team 12-9.

After a well designed goal
by Jason Calla, North Van

grabbed a lead which they
never relinquished.
Although rusty, the team
showed some very. en-
couraging strengths. The
line of Tim McLeary, Todd
Moody, Daniel Cowan, Kyle
Hannay and Mark Winder
were also solid in defence
