come with a warning notice:
“More than one a day is hazard-
ous to your waistline.”? No one
eats just ONE freshly baked muf-
fin!

So, just to lure you along the
path to addiction, here’s my latest
creation:

Ham and Cheese Muffins
2 cups flour

I tablespoon instant onion

1 cup medium cheddar cheese
cubes (1%4"*)

1 cup diced hain (4°")

In deep mixing bowl, stir dry in-
gredients together. Whisk egg, oil
and milk together. Add onion and
let stand a couple of minutes to
soften.

Add to dry ingredients along
with ham and cheese. Stir just
enough to blend. Spoon into six
deep muffin-shop sized tins and
bake at 400°F about 25 minutes or
until browned.
