three children of his own.

He spends $3000 a year on
his nine foster children and
has established a trust fund
to provide for their needs
until ‘they're grown up in
case anything should happen
to him. |

he sends each month as part
of his commitment to the
Foster Parents plan, Achtem
also provides the children
with extra gifts.
