| Assaulter jailed.

A 19-YEAR-OLD North Vancouver man was recently
jailed 21 days for assaulting a North Vancouver RCMP
constable and breaching probation.

Robert Hugh MacTavish pleaded guilty to charges
stemming from Nosth Vancouver City incidents.

MacTavish was charged with breaching probation by
teing found outside his home between midnight aad 6:30
a.m. on Aug. 31,
.- He also was charged ‘with assaulting Const. Wallace
Kennedy on Oct. 13. |.

Judge Doug Moss sentenced MacTavish in North Van:
