Ten year old Scott Thit- chener and Rosalind Bodwell are repeating for the second year while 11 year old Diana Osborne is a third time win- ner of the prestigious provin- cial awards. Other club winners are Gareth Morgan and Julie Catchlove for 10 year olds, Jeff Jollymore in the 12 year old category and Jason Klassen for 13 year olds. Two of the club athletes picked up first place finishes in the recent B.C. Junior Development Cross Country Championships in Abbotsford. David Lee picked up a first for 10 year old boys while Rusty Morgan brought back the gold in category. Adam Gray captured se- cond for 9 year olds while team mate Aaron Craven came home fifth. Gareth Morgan was third in the 10 year old while Dylan Griffith latched on to a seventh place finish for 12 year olds. the joggers Trevor Craven was the bronze medalist in the 13 year old boy event. Flames lose their touch THE WINTER Club Flames proved they were human after all, losing back to back games last week in Junior Hockey action. They travelled to North Delta Thursday night and were beaten 7-4 by the Saints. The Winter Club were minus five regulars. On Saturday night at home the Flames hosted Mission before a large crowd and came out on the short end of an 8-6 score.
