Al4 - Sunday News, September 6, 1931 Pi community round up rl (SES NORTH SHORE “Bugs in Space” is the title of Meg Faminow’s first one- woman watercolour show at North Vancouver City Hall. It is a fascinating glimpse into the hidden world of tiny creatures, with their in- tnicate and colourful pat- terns, and the foliage of their habitat. These creatures, which at first glance are often con- sidered ordinary, ugly and distasteful and therefore negiected, seen through the sensitive eye of the artist become miracles of design and colour. Megan took her = art training at Capilano College, studied in Europe and also - travelled through Northern Africa and the Phillipines. She has exhibited in group and joint shows at Barroco Gallery, Gallery Move, Klee Wyck Art Centre, Bau-Xi Gallery, Artery Gallery, In Media Gallery and Lester B. Pearson College Gallery.
