serious questions about the state of

Instead of the expected response

became obvious to my surprise, that
they had actually intended to beat me
up here; however, after talking to
them some more, the situation was

I do not like to see my country
fractured in any way, and the issue
of Quebec separation has caused a
feeling of national insecurity.

If the people of Quebec feel that
they need more provincial powers, |
can understand. As a British
Columbian, I, too, would like to see
a more decentralized government
where policies affecting British
‘Columbia are developed in British
Columbia.

The actions of Quebee, however,
are having such-w negative impact
on all of Canada, especially the
economy, that the question of
