watch and will ensure runners get adequate rest intervals to allow proper
recovery.

-On May. he will video participants’ seawall runs and play back the
film to analyze styic, and effort and running efficiency. ;

Such individual’ technical feedback is normally reserved for elite
athletes only. On’ ‘June 2, Hill, will share his hard-learned secrets about
race preparation. |; :
