West Vancouver Police Sgt. Barry Nickerson said that police had caught the suspects within 10 minutes of a 9- 1-! call. The two were apprehended Cassiar cuts costs near the Park Royal theatres. The gun belonged to the 13-year- old’s father. The 13-year-old, who is known to police, is charged with: Mi two counts of possessing a danger- ous weapon; @ one count of possessing a prohibit- ed weapon: B one count of possessing a restrict- ed weapon; @ robbery. The 15-year-old is charged with robbery and possessing a dangerous weapon. Both teens were released from police custody to their parents on Sunday.
