Dear Editor: The article written by Bob Hunter titled ‘‘Travel Broadens but home is sweetest’. What happened? Did the North Shore News need a space ‘‘filler upper’'? The article should have been thrown in the waste basket instead of getting published. Mr. Hunter leads the reader to believe he is an ex- perienced traveller. Maybe so, but what kind of traveller? 95% of his impres- sions of other countries were negative. He seemed to have spent a lot of time in big cities. Mr. Hunter, did you also stay at the Sheraton and Hilton hotels? Did you join tour groups upon arriving in- to a city? Or, are your im- pressions based on a three- day business trip with a superficial look at cities in between meetings? As you mentioned looking out of the window of your hotel room Spare a littie time to march OPEN LETTER TO NORTH SHORE PEOPLE You’ve been up to your ears in shopping, wrapping, bak- ing, and decorating.
