Judge sentences kidnapping rapist to indeterminate period of incarceration NORTH VANCOUVER provincial court Judge Jerome Paradis found convicted kidnapper and rapist David Alex- under Snow, 38, to be a dangerous offender on Friday. Paradis sentenced Snow to an indeterminate period of incarcera- lion.
