Parents who are interested in researching preschools for future consideration are invited to see a typical parent participation preschool session at any of the 11 member schools in North and West Vancouver. A parent participation preschool is one in which parents become ac- tively involved in the administra- tion of the school and help out in the classroom approximately once a month. The preschools offer a unique opportunity for parents to share their child’s first learning experience, - often easing the school-age separation for both parent and child.
