Whiffin cro: ssed the finish line 10 minutes ahead of second place finisher Brigadoon unday June 19 The course: From a Starting line at Dundarave Pier to a red marker (leave to port) set 2 mile WSW off Point Atkinson Lighthouse; to the Point Grey Bell Buoy (leave to port); to a red marker 0.7 miles south of the centre channel marker (leave to starboard); to the finish line at the Committee Boat off Kitsilano Yacht Ciub. The Committee Boat Will conduct the start at 10:00 A.M. All entrants please sail close by the Com- mittee Boat and identify yourself prior to the start. The Finish After crossing the finish line, (eave the marker to port), all boats must sail close by the Committee Boat which will be anchored “% mile NW off Kitsilano Yacht Club. The race ends officially at 3:00 P.M. and any boats not across the finish line by that time should proceed directly to Granville island Market for moorage. The Ceremonies At Boaters’ Village.
