province's best at the recent
B.C. Championships, held at
the Canada Games Pool in
New Westminster.

At the three day, 57 club
meet, medalists were
Jacquie Pamell in Girls
Division 7, with salvers in SO
m fly and 100 m back. and a
bronze in 100 m Free. Janet
Oakes, Girls Division 6, a

silver in 100 metre back, and
Nathan Pinfield, Boys
Division 1, earning bronze
medals in 5O m back and SO
m free.

Finishing just out of the
medals but in the top eight
spots in the following events
were: Janct Oakes, 4th, 100
Free. 4th, 200 1.M. and 6th
in 5O Free Parnell came in
