for the girls — witness names
like the Cardinals, Red Cats,
Red Birds, Red Doves and,

strangely enough, Red
Kittens.
The best name has to

belong to the Under 15 Lynn
Valley Dairy Queens,
however, closely followed by
the Under 12 MacSween
Columbia Pavers.

Silly names aside, though,
the 3,000 plus youngsters
participating in the soccer
leagues are more than
senous about the sport, and
the final results show it.
