Squeeze the juice and add, along with the garlic ‘powder and Worcestershire and a couple of shakes of seasoned pep- per. Marinate the chicken for several hours. Arrange on baking pan with edge. Pour remaining lemon mix- ture over and sprinkle with addi- tional pepper. The amount de- pends on your tolerance for pepper — we like lots. Bake at 350°F — about 25 min. for wings, 45 mins. for drumsticks. Turn once during; cooking and add a bit more pep- per. To make them extra crisp, a minute or so under the broiler on each side just before serving dues the job. Leftovers disappear like magic. Isn’t it odd that we tend to cook in cycles? A few years ago | used to make stuffed mushrooms every week or so. I’ll bet I haven’t made them in more than a year so maybe it’s about time. If you’re making these for party appetizers, choose mushrooms about the size of 50¢ pieces. If they are being used as a vegetable larger ones are better.
