Drugs seized

A VANCOUVER man faces a charge of possession of a
narcotic for the purpose of trafficking following a March
3 search by North Vanccuver RCMP and West Van-
couver Police drug squads in Vancouver.

According to a West Vancouver Police spokesman, the
police searched a 160€-block Hornby Street apartment at
approximately 4 p.m.

The pulice seized 30 grams of cocaine, with an
estimated street value of $3,000, and 20 grams of mari-
juana worth an estimated $300. -

Charged is Devon Paul Bloomfield, 32. The police say
charges are pending against % second person.
