Last week (Jan. 12) I
attended my first “Sym-

phonie Canadiana” at North
Van's Centennial Theatre.

It was a most rewarding
experience and one which
will be repeated whenever
this orchestra performs in
the future.

The only negative aspect
was the small audience.
North shore residents have a
wonderful opportunity right
in their own community,
with no traffic or parking
problems, and an evening of
excellent music.

Let us hope that) more
residents will get behind this
fine group who offer so
much in the way of sym-
phonic music.
