Though the South Korean-buile Accent isn’t as popular as the Toyota Tercel or Honda Civic, it does have the advantage of price: the base Accent hatchback is $1,200 less than a Tercel and $2,700 less than a Civic. That's a big differ- ence ina class whe price is the most important factor in the purchasing decision. For 3998, the Accent gets a few minor styling ntially the same car as it was when introduced in 1995. Changes include a restyled tront bumper with the optional driving lights positioned at the outside edges of the bumper; redesigned rear tailights and wheel covers; and three new available exterior colors, Plum, Silver and Black.
