Bistro briefly blossomed on the Edgemont
strip as the Cafe Boslevard.

Initially it was a place of hearty sand-
wiches and other examples of vibrant nou-
veau Cuisine Canadien served in an
atmosphere of fin and informality.

Alas the Boslevard’s blossoming was all
too brief. It hit the partnership wall,
changed hands and spent several years
wandering in a confused Korean-Canadian
persona that failed to excel in either.

Enter the aforementioned Bistro Boys
~~ Joe Perri, Shawn Perger, Sam Kang and
chef Steve Myddleton.

They have transformed the Boulevard’s

lemons; a pyramid of crisp grcen Granny.
