By Anna Marie D'Angelo News Reporter John Ramon (Ray) Ginnetti, 48, was shot in the back of the head on May 9, 1990. His body was found in a closet of his $750,0000 home by his wife. Barbara. West Vancouver Police charged Jose Raul Peres- Valdez. 31, of Nollywoad, California, with the premeditated murder of the flamboyant busi- nessman. “We (police) characterize it merely as a shooting.” said Set.
