Before Judge Doug Moss in North
Vancouver provincial court on
May 5:

Harold Martin Nahanee, 19, of
North ‘Vancouver, received six
months’ probation after he plead-
ed guilty to assaulting a male and
committing mischief by damaging
an engine hood on July 28, 1991
in North Vancouver District.
Nahanee is required to perform 30
hours of community work service
within three months of his proba-
tioa term.

Before Judge Jerome Paradis in
North Vancouver provincial court
on May 1:

Randall Kenneth Crimp, 27, of
North Vancouver, received six
months’ probation after he plead-
ed guilty to assaulting a female on
Sept 5, 1991 in North Vancouver
District. Crimp is required to do
30 hours of community work ser-
vice.

James Scott Rogers, 25, of
Burnaby, was fined $300 and
received a seven-day jail sentence
and 17 days probation after he
pleaded guilty to driving on Lynn
Valley Road on April 22, 1990
while prohibited from driving.
Rogers is to serve his jail sentence
on weekends.

Before Judge Bill Rodgers in
North Vancouver provincial court
on April 30:

Stephen Burrows, 34, of North
Vancouver, received six months’
probation after he pleaded guilty
to mischief by causing damage to
a door belonging to a woman on
Sept. 9, 199] in North Vancouver
City.

Norman Wilbert Goodmurphy,
71, of North Vancouver, was fin-
ed $200 and had his driver's
licence suspended for three
months after he pleaded guilty to
failing to remain or immediately
return and render assistance at the
scene of an accident at Chester-
field Avenue and 23rd Street on
Sept. 19, 1991.

$300 after he pleaded guilty to
driving on Highway 99 near
Squamish while prohibited on
Oct. 2, 1991. Bingham wifl serve
his jail sentence on successive
weekends.

North Vancouver, received nine
months’ probation after he plead-
ed guilty to stealing sunglasses
from Sears in North Vancouver
City on June 29, 1991. Palsson is
tequired to do 50 hours of com-
munity work service. He is not to
be found in any Sears’ store dur-

ing his probation term.

Vancouver, was fined $150 and
received six months’ probation
after he pleaded guilty to stealing
film from Shoppers Drug Mart in
North Vancouver City on Oct. 25,
1991. Paul is required to pay
$1.50 victim surcharge. He is not
to be found in any Shoppers’
Drug Mart during his probation
term,
