Maybe Wednesday?’’ ‘Not likely. I’ve got season tickets for the Playhouse matinecs, they're doing Noel Coward this week. What about next Wednesday?” And so it goes, and you finally tun into your friend at the Quay between buses and settle for a quick visit over a cup of coffee at the counter.
