Change to 4% MM needles and

Work 25 rows.

Shape Neck:

Next row: KJ9 (21, 23, 25) ts, cast
off 30 (30, 31, 31) sts, knit to end.
Continue on last set of sts, leaving
remainder on a spare needle. Dec.
1 st at neck edge on next 6 rows.
Work |! row.

Cast off 13 (15, 17, 19} remaining
sts. With right side facing. rejoin
yarn to remaining sts at‘neck edge
and complete to‘match other side.
Back: Work as front.

Making up: Join sheuvider seams
by top sewing, Place markers at
each end of the 12th (12th, 6th,
6th) row of the Sth (Sth, th, 6th)
pattern from commencement to

mark depth of armholes, on front °

and back.

Armhole borders: Using 4% MM
needies, and with right side facing,
pick up aid knit 80 sts between the
markers (4 sts for 6 rows of patt
and | st for 2 rows of garter st).
Work 22 rows in garter st. Cast
off.

Join side seams by backstitching
and border seams by top sewing.
