discussed

THE NORTH Shore branch of
Amnesty International is sponsor-
ing a meeting at recCentre
William Griffin, 851 West Queens
Ave., North Vancouver, on Jan.
28 to focus on the issue of human
tights violations against women.

Addressing the meeting will be
Morgan Rea, who will discuss her
work as a human rights activist
with Arnnesty International. ~

The North Shore chapter meets
regularly on the last Monday of
each month at William Griffin to
write letters and to discuss human
rights issues. Members of the
public are welcome to attend these
meetings.
