scholarships. this year,:. but

Crawford. Kilian hada

board meeting.

Trustees welcomed the
news ‘that 109 graduates
received $1,000  scholar-
ships. North Van graduates
represented 3.8 per cent of
the 1982 graduates in B.C.,
but were awarded 11.2 per
cent of the scholarships,

including additional awards. .

Mitchell of Sutherland and .
Guido Marziali of Argyle, .
who placed among the top -
20 students in the province.

But Kilian noticed that —
some of the graduates on the .
list of scholarship winners, —
were also awarded school ..
