situation that has arisen at a

Deep Cove, according to
comments made at North
Vanocuver District council.

The subject of parking
arose during debate of a
completely different project
in the Cove.

It appears that a com-
mercial property provided
underground parking for
both private residents in the
building and customers of
businesses in the building.

But recently, for security
purposes, an access gate has
been placed on the parking
lot and only residents can get
to the parking spaces.
