ANNE Marsh meant her
garden to be a place
where people dropped in
to visit.

So she added a running
stream and pond to create a nat-
ural oasis behind her Lynn
Valley home.

“I wanted it to be a peacetul
and tranquil place where people
wanted to come and take tea
with me,” she said.

You sure can’t blame anyone
for stopping by. Marsh has made
the most of a small backyard,
with an arbour that is an invit-
ing place to spend an afternoon.
