Car theft sends career
criminal back to jai

LEWIS Odon Bogar
had been out of jail
for only a day when he
was caught speeding in
a stolen car on April
29 in West Vancouver.

Boyar had just completed
a 45-day jail sentence when
he and nwo passengers where
pulled over on Fagle Ridge
Drive near Fisherman's
Cove.

The 36-year old
Vancouver resident way no

examined Bogar’s long crim-
inal record on Wednesday
and described him asa
“career criminal by choice.”
