Sioux Falls, South Dakota
— Justin Clark, 19, was arrest-
ed and charged with burglary
after a homeowner surprised
him.
According to police, Clark
fled, then ed police on a high-
speed chase before crashing his
car into a tree. As Clark ran
through a nearby neighbor-
hood, in which several resi-
dents were out in their yards,
he kept up a steady chatter,
informing them that the rea-
son he was running was that
the police were after him and
asking whether any of them
could help him.
