Buster Selby Innes, 62, is presumed dead, Innes was last seen going out on his 12-foot (four-metre) aluminum boat on July 6, He went out on the boat to watch cruise ships. Police, Coast Guard, family and friends began an exten- sive search for the man the next day. His empty bout was found about one mile (1.6 km) off shore. Innes was a resident of North Vancouver for 60 years. He had a weekend home in Gibsons.
