Canadian player draft —- West Van's
Mark Pimiskern and North Van's
Andrew English were the top two
selections, respectively, of the B.C.
Lions — comes word that twe local
high school players have won Jim
Young Foundation scholarships.

Carson Graham players David
Green (defence) and Craig
McLaren (offence) won the $500
scholarships on the strength of their
performance at the recent 1996
Senior Bow! All-Star camp.

In addition, McLaren was voted
most outstanding offensive player
following the 3}st annual Senior
Bowl. :

Both Green and McLaren current-
