A stress management course will
be offered five Thursdays, May 3
to 31, at North Shore Family Ser-
vices from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Cost
is $30. When you learn to manage
Stress in a healthy manner, you can
feel challenged, in control and
productive,

Family of Origin, Family Today
looks at family systems in general,
examines the different roles (hero,
mascot, scapegoat, martyr) uncon-
sciously imposed on family
members, and analyzes how those
roles inevitably affect self-image
and future behavior. The course
