Before Judge S.E. Giroday in
North Vazcouver provincial court
on Aug. 24:

Behroz Madadi was fined $300
after the 28-year-old North Van-
couver man was found guilty of
driving without consideration for
others in connection with an April
17 incident on the Upper Levels
Highway.

Quenton Dale Zoppa was fined
$500 and placed on probation for
one year after the 24-year-old
Squamish man pleaded guilty to
failing to remain at the scene of a
March 9 accident.

Before Judge J.D. Layton in
North Vancouver provincial court
on Aug. 23:

Jamie Lee Mischook was fined
$350 and had his driver’s licence
suspended for six months after the
23-year-old North Vancouver man
pleaded guilty to driving while
prohibited in connection with an
April 7 incident at Mountain

Larry David Unger received a
conditional discharge and was
placed on probation for six months
after the 20-year-old North Van-
couver man pleaded guilty to
Possession of marijuana in connec-
tion with a March 10 seizure of the
drug.

Rickey Dale Johusen was fined
$50 after the 28-year-old North
Vancouver man pleaded guilty to
