NVD offers waste receptacies

NORTH VANCOUVER District Council will be affering an

Since October 1987 the district
has been monitoring the trial use
of 96-gaSlon containers with wheels
in each of its five collection zones.

Some 390 residents of the ap-

ing the carts were surveyed, with
88 per cent endorsing the new con-
tainers and 63 per cent indicating a
willingness to pay for continued
