PORK CHOPS

Brown chops in large
skillet. Pour off excess fat.
Sprinkle with salt and pep-
per. Cover and simmer at low

2 ~=tbsp light corn syrup
2 tbsp red wine
% tsp ground cinnamon
% tsp ground nutmeg

ves with corn syrup, wine
and spicés. Pour over chops;
cover and simmer 10 minutes
longer. :
