PAPAYA SALAD

2 Avocados 1/3 cup white sugar
1 Papaya ¥% cup safflower oll
4WD a) c J Ss ; Y Banana chips ¥% cup white vinegar
: 2 tsp. dry mustard

Wash and tear lettuce into bowls. 2 tsp. sait
Slice up avocados, brush pieces 4 smail onlon chopped (purple) 5
with lemon juice. Papaya seeds from %4 the papaya
Shice up papaya. Mix into lettuce.

Pour dressing over. Place all of the above ingredients
Before serving sprinkle with ba- in a blender. Blend until smooth. fj
