WHEN HARRY Mossfield

he really didn’t care what interest rate he was getting on

his savings.

And when Mossfield steps on to
the dance floor at his local seniors’
centre, the 70-year-old widower
gives no thought to his RRSPs.

“I know it's important to
manage your money well,’’ he
said. ‘‘But you shouldn’t get hung
up on it. And to be honest, money
isn’t my bag.""

If Mossfield hadn't been so
polite, he just might have added:
“Ves, Mike Grenby, there really is
more to life than money ~ and

what better time than this holiday
season to remind both yourself and
your readers of that important
fact.”

That personal financial review
stressed the importance of the per-

couver in 1952. He became a
well-known baritone, performing
across North America and Europe.

Broadway Show.)

Mossfield agreed money is ‘‘an
absolute necessity’’ and admitted a
lack of financial knowhow was his
greatest weakness in dealing with
money.
