charges laid against them.
Before Judge J.D. Layton in
North Vancouver provincial
court November 3:

A bench warrant was
issued for Christopher
Nowacki after he failed to
appear on a charge of
assault.

Michael Brauchmann was
fined $300 after the 28-
year-old man pleaded guilty
to a charge of driving
without insurance.

A bench warrant was
issued for Manuel Guerrero
after he failed to appear on
a charge of mischief.

Before Judge J.B. Paradis in
North Vancouver provincial
court October 31:

A bench warrant was
issued for Richard Henry
Short, 49, after he failed to
appear in court on a charge
of impaired driving.

Before Judge J.B. Paradis
in North Vancouver provin-
cial court October 30:
Jeremy Patrick Grace was

-fined $100 after the 21-

year-old North Vancouver
man pleaded guilty to one
count of theft under $1,000
in connection with a theft of
cigarettes from Canada
Safeway Ltd.

Albert John Vermette of
Coquitlam was’ fined $50
after he pleaded guilty to a
charge of failing to appear
for a scheduled court date.

the 31-year-old North Van-
couver man failed to appear
for a scheduled court date
on a charge of failing to re-
main at the scene of an ac-
cident.

Koch after the two men fail-
ed to appear for scheduled
