Heat's on at Lighthouse Park

LOCATED IN one of West Van-
couver's most beautiful settings,
the Lighthouse Park Adventure
Day Camp offers children aged six
years old and up a unique cure for
the summertime blues.

Children will have the chance to
play new and exciting games, par-
ticipate in nature craft activities,
explore a deserted cave, hike
through mysterious trails, and en-
joy special events like the Police
Pog Show.

As well, children will be able to
learn about gymnastics through an
introduction to various apparatus,
such as trampoline, beams and
tumbling mats.

The camp offers children the
chance to try new experiences and
make new friends. The children are
directed in their activities by an
experienced staff whose goal is to
provide each child with an un-
forgettable summer experience.

Kayakers

THE RED CROSS) reminds
canoeists und kayakers that a large
craft may have trouble seeing your
vessel on the water. Pass well to
the right of or behind all cratts.

Sessions run weekly from July 7
to August 14.
