+» BRR rv Crosswalk safety called for THE TRAGIC traffic acci- dent that took the life of a 10-year-old girl last week at the crosswalk beside Queen Mary Community School has caused North Vancouver City Council to take some action. After reading the article in the News, Ald, Dana Taylor told council Monday he would like a recommenda- tion by municipal staff to be put before council. North Vancouver School Board representative Ken James discussed plans for correcting the problem at the busy crosswalk with deputy City engineer Don Bridgman.
